1. Who we are

Train-Me LLC operates the Train-Me Coach app (for Coaches) and Train-Me Student app (for Students). We help schedule training sessions, manage bookings and handle payments. Contact: info@train-me.app

2. What we offer

  • Trainer profiles and business cards,
  • calendar and online bookings,
  • online payments (Stripe),
  • notifications and reminders.
Students can search for a Coach, book a training session, and pay for it in the app.

3. How to use the app

By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the data protection rules.
  • Provide true and up-to-date information.
  • Use the app as intended.
  • Respect other users.
Illegal, offensive, erotic content or content promoting alcohol, drugs or gambling is prohibited.

4. Bookings & payments

  • Bookings are made in the Student app and approved by the Coach in the Train-Me Coach app.
  • A contract between Trainer and Student is formed when the booking is confirmed.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds and cancellations – according to the Coach’s rules and applicable law.

5. Coaches fees

Coaches pay a 10% commission on bookings according to the current pricing in the app. Settlements are processed automatically, and invoices are sent by email.

6. Personal data

  • TrainMe and the Coach are separate data controllers.
  • We process data solely to provide services.

7. Complaints & Contact

Having an issue? Email us at: info@train-me.app. We respond within 30 days at most.

8. Liability

  • Train-Me LLC provides the platform and is not responsible for the quality of training services.
  • The Coach is responsible for delivering the training.
  • The apps may be temporarily unavailable for technical or security reasons.

9. Changes to the Terms

If the Terms change, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time or end the contract via email. A Trainer may terminate the contract with a one-month notice period.
